WAVE TIMES:
Waves of up to 700 will start at the following times on both Saturday and Sunday:

WHEN TO ARRIVE ON RACE DAY:
We recommend that you arrive at least one hour before your wave time. Remember that you will have to park, pick up your packet (if you haven't already done so), affix your bib and chip, and make your way to the starting line.
PACKET PICK-UP:
Packet pick-up will be available at the following times:
- Saturday, April 2nd from 9:00am-3:30pm at the race course
- Sunday, April 3rd from 9:00am-3:30pm at the race course
WHAT YOU NEED AT PACKET PICK-UP:
- Your photo i.d.
- Your participant waiver initialed, signed, and ready to go. Download it here! This step is optional but highly recommended to save time at packet pick-up!
PICKING UP A FRIEND'S PACKET?
You may pick up a friend's packet as long as you bring the following three items with you:
- A copy of their photo i.d.
- A signed letter stating that they will allow you to pick up their packet
- A signed copy of their participant waiver (Download it here!)
WHAT YOU NEED AT THE RACE:
- Appropriate footwear is highly recommended! Remember that what you wear is going to get muddy.
- A change of clothes... unless you're a true warrior and will rock the mud look all day!
- Spending money for any extra beer, turkey legs, entertainment, or sweet warrior gear (cash only, please).
- A great warrior attitude!
WHAT TO LEAVE AT HOME:
- No outside alcoholic beverages or food will be allowed.
- No 'real' warrior weapons and/or firearms will be allowed.
- No glass containers will be allowed.
- No poor attitude will be allowed... and a clean-shaven chin is highly discouraged!
*Security will be enforcing the area!*
GEAR CHECK:
Gear check will be available for racers to check their items during the race (like a coat check). Feel free to leave your keys, t-shirt, helmet, and all those items you don't want to carry with you during the race!
CHIP TIMING:
Enclosed in your envelope at packet pick-up will be your race bib and your chip.
Bib: This is your unique identification number to the race staff, photographers, spectators, etc. Make sure your bib is affixed to the front of your shirt using the safety pins provided.
Chip: The personalized chip, which attached to your shoe, carries all of your registration information (age, gender, name) and will record your start and finish time.
To secure your chip:
1. Un-lace one of your shoes half-way.
2. Weave both laces through the open sides of the chip.
3. Re-lace your shoe tightly. Due to the intensity of Warrior Dash, definitely double-knot those laces!
NO CHIP, NO TIME! Make sure your chip stays tightly attached during the race! Your time will electronically be recorded when you cross the finish line. After the race, the chip is yours to keep or dispose of.
Shoes don't have laces? Ask for reinforcements (zip ties) at packet pick-up!
PARKING:
Parking will be available at Storm Stadium for $10 per car on race day. Please have cash ready. Carpooling is highly encouraged.
WARRIOR FUEL:
During the race, there will be a water station at the half-way point of the race course. Water, Gatorade, and bananas will be available after you cross the finish line.
After the race, each warrior will receive one free beer ticket. Additional beer and food items will also be available for purchase.
Remember, no outside food or drinks will be allowed! Security will be enforcing the area.
SPECTATORS:
Spectators are more than welcome to watch Warrior Dash in action! They are allowed to spectate for free, but remember that each car must pay $10 to park.
Dogs are not allowed on the race course but will be permitted in the spectator zone. Just make sure they are on a leash at all times and that you clean up after them!
PARTY LIKE A WARRIOR:
Beer, bands, and fun will take place beginning at 11:30am. Pace yourselves, warriors! Beer and food items will be available for purchase. The bands and the beer will go home and it will be time to rest your warrior selves.
WARRIOR ROYALTY:
The official awards ceremony will begin one hour after the last wave on both Saturday and Sunday. Prizes will be awarded for the day's...
- Overall times for males and females
- Age division times for males and females
- Best warrior beard (Must be present to win; by audience applause)
- Best costume (Must be present to win; by audience applause)
* Participants must be present to receive award. Awards and prize packs will not be mailed post-race.
RACE RESULTS:
Race results will be posted on this page within 2 days of the event. All racers will receive an e-mail when they are posted online.
RACE PHOTOS:
Pictures will be available to view and purchase following the race. Racers will be able to search by their last name and/or bib number for their individual photos.
