As the obstacle course race that anyone can start and everyone can finish, Warriors cross the finish line at a variety of paces. Participants walk, run, or take a run/walk combination throughout the entire course. If you can take on the 5K distance at a comfortable pace, the Battleground awaits!

As the Official Fitness Club of the Warrior Dash, Anytime Fitness has designed a special four-week fitness plan that prepares you to jog the 3-4 miles of course and tackle the very obstacles you will encounter along the way. Because, let’s be real: crawling through cargo nets and climbing up walls is fun—but challenging. Make sure you’re ready to take on the Battleground!
