Delta Faucet Plans to Muddy the Water with Warrior Dash Partnership

Delta Faucet HappiMess™ campaign extends to the world’s largest obstacle race series with innovative shower station to make getting clean just as much fun as getting dirty

INDIANAPOLIS (April 29) – On a mission to help consumers embrace life’s messes with confidence, Delta Faucet has announced a partnership with Warrior Dash to bring an innovative outdoor showering station to their events, so participants can transform back to clean after participating in their race events across the U.S. this summer.


“Whether you are exploring, playing or creating, mess is evidence of a life well-lived and no one knows this better than a Warrior Dash participant,” said Catherine Roper, Delta brand marketing director. “When they step onto the course, they know dirt, mud and comradery are all part of reaching their goals and we’re excited to help them compete with confidence knowing Delta®  products will be there to make getting clean just as much fun as getting dirty.”


Warrior Dash participants conquer 12 world-class obstacles that require bounding over fire and trudging through mud over the 5K course distance. Through the partnership, participants will be able to experience a custom outdoor shower station featuring more than 40 Delta H2Okinetic® showerheads, which deliver water in a unique wave pattern to give users the feeling of a warmer, more drenching shower. Dates and locations for the five Warrior Dash events this summer:

  • Maryland – May 16
  • Illinois – June 13 & 14
  • Indiana – June 27 & 28
  • New Jersey – August 8
  • Colorado – August 15

All H2Okinetic showerheads at the events will flow at 2.0 gallons per minute or less and create the feeling of more water while using up to 40 percent less water than a standard showerhead.

“We’re so excited to partner with Warrior Dash to deliver a showering experience that will help participants embrace HappiMess to its fullest,” said Roper. “It’s the perfect way to showcase all that Delta products can do by delivering a great water-efficient shower without sacrificing the overall refreshing experience of getting clean, no matter how messy or muddy they may be.”

In addition to demonstrating the performance of its WaterSense labeled H2Okinetic® showerheads, Delta Faucet, a proud partner of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s WaterSense® Program, will also support the WaterSense program’s goal of protecting the nation’s water supply. During the events, attendees will be encouraged to take the WaterSense “We’re for Water” pledge, which asks Americans to adopt water-saving behaviors in and around their home. Those who take the pledge will receive a quarterly newsletter highlighting water-efficiency tips to help them save water and ultimately help cut utility costs in their home.
